Moringa Oleifera Supplements For Your Mind And Body
Moringa Oleifera For Weight Loss*:
Moringa Oleifera can help you lose weight because it is packed full of essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that have powerful properties that positively benefit the human body. For example: Moringa is so rich in calcium, vitamin A and C, and proteins which help curb your need for junk food and cravings. In addition to this, Moringa may be used as a natural diuretic, which may help reduce the rates of water retention and also alleviate the uncomfortable feeling of bloating.
In an article published in the Trees for Life Journal, scientists reviewed several studies that highlighted the many significant health benefits of Moringa Oleifera. Since Moringa is so nutrient rich, it slows down the rate in which the body releases sugar into the bloodstream. This means that sugar levels are depleted and less sugar is turned into fat, while energy levels are boosted to burn existing fat. Additionally, it was shown that Moringa Oleifera decreases levels of fats (lipids) in the body.

In a pilot study in persons with respiratory problems, 3g of the seeds of Moringa Oleifera were consumed twice daily (6g daily) for three weeks. There was no placebo group. The study consisted of 20 subjects suffering from respiratory problems of both genders, between the ages of 18-29 and 30-44 years.
At the end of the study, results showed the positive effect Moringa Oleifera supplements have on aiding respiratory problems. Specifically, Moringa Oleifera was associated with an improvement in lung function as assessed by FVC (32.97+/-6.03%) and FEV1 (30.05+/-8.12%) as well as more than a halving of associated symptoms. None of the patients showed any adverse effects
